The number of corona infected in Spain increases markedly in a few weeks

For a country to be characterized as “open”, it must have less than 20 infected per 100,000 inhabitants per week. A country changes status to “quarantine country” if the number of infected is 30 or more infected per 100,000 inhabitants.

When a country has between 20 and 30 infected per 100,000, which Spain now has, there is no concrete action plan.
