The discharge of wastewater in the Sound has received massive resistance over the past week.
The planned and much-debated discharge of 290,000 cubic meters of wastewater in the Sound will be postponed this fall.
This is stated by Copenhagen’s Mayor of Technology and Environment, Ninna Hedeager Olsen, on Sunday.
There is thus no risk that the summer bathers along the Øresund will have bad experiences or wildlife and wildlife suffer – in this case.
