The trade union movement demands a reverse burden of proof in sexual harassment

Employers must prove that they have done what they could, otherwise they are liable for abusive behavior from colleagues, managers, customers and clients, demands the Trade Union’s Main Organization, FH. DA rejects the reverse burden of proof.
