The International Handball Federation (IHF) has named Niklas Landin the world’s best handball player in 2019 among men.
Nikolaj Jacobsen is this year’s coach in men’s handball. It writes the IHF on its website .
Common to both is that they were part of the Danish national team, which in 2019 won World Cup gold.
Landin is also chosen for his Achievements for the German club THW Kiel, while Jacobsen is also honored for his efforts in Rhein-Neckar Löwen, where he was until the end of the 2018/19 season.
It was Norwegian Stine Bredal Oftedal who ran with the title as the world’s best handball player for 2019 in the women.
