The government is now tightening the assembly ban and opening hours in the nightlife across the country.
The corona infection has flared up on such large parts of the map of Denmark that the government is now intervening with nationwide restrictions .
At a press conference today, the government announced that the assembly ban from Saturday at 12 noon will be lowered to 50 people.
– We are in a serious situation. And that is why we are coming today with national initiatives , said Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen (S).
As is already the case in 17 municipalities in the metropolitan area , it is now also becoming widespread to the rest of the country that bars and restaurants must close at 10 pm and send guests home.
