Michael Sikorski of Baltimore, USA, makes his body available in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
The 26-year-old medical student is taking part in one of the first trials in the world where a new vaccine against Covid-19 is being tested on humans.
– I’m a young, healthy person who can play a role in developing a vaccine just by participating as a volunteer, says Michael Sikorski to DR News.
The trial takes place at the University of Maryland, where Michael Sikorski himself is reading a Ph.D.
– I totally trust them and their work. My overall knowledge of both the platform and the team means that I have no concerns about safety or risk.
