The director of the Danish Agency for Agriculture resigns suddenly

The director of the Danish Agency for Agriculture, Jette Petersen, resigns with immediate effect. It writes the Ministry of Food in onepress release .

Earlier in May, the Danish Agency for Agriculture received a scathing critique from the State Auditors for having far from controlled the payment of EU support to farmers well enough for 16 years.

It does not appear from the press release on whether Jette Petersen’s resignation is directly derived from that case.
