Significant Weather Change – The Dry And Sunny Weather Returns

Dry And Sunny Weather

You can start to find the sunscreen again, and it won’t be long before the water jugs will also be used.

After a week of unstable spring weather, the dry and sunny weather will return in the coming days.

However, it is too early to find shorts and t-shirts. In spite of dry and sunny weather, we get cool Danish spring weather.

High pressure and northwest winds give a marked change in weather

It is a large high-pressure area over the North Atlantic, moving during the week over the British Isles and further into the North Sea, which stabilizes the weather over Denmark.

And combined with a crisp northwesterly wind that will take a trip across the Norwegian mountains before it reaches Denmark, there is a significant change of weather in the coming days.

Dry, sunny – but cool

Already Sunday, with sunny weather and temperatures between 10 and 14 degrees, we got a taste of the weather that awaits us next week.

Although there may be a single local shower in the coming day, most people will have a cool Monday with dry and sunny weather, which in Northwest Jutland can get quite windy from the northwest.

On Tuesday, diminishing winds can produce slightly higher temperatures, but in most places the thermometer won’t get much above 12-13 degrees. On the other hand, another day awaits with some sun.

If you have already placed summer flowers on the balcony or terrace, you should be aware that there is a risk of light night frost both at night and Monday and Tuesday.

Thus, the weather continues into the weekend – with dry and mostly sunny weather. It does get a bit warmer, though, according to the latest forecasts, the temperature stays around 15 degrees when it gets warmer.
