This is what the verdict of the Court of Justice in Næstved, where Rasmus Paludan has been on the prosecution in recent days in a case involving a total of 14 charges of racism, defamation and dangerous driving.

Rasmus Paludan and his defender thought he should dismissed in the case because his statements happened as part of his political work as chairman of a party.
At the same time, Rasmus Paludan pleaded that he did not speak generally about Muslims or blacks in his statements, but about a special group of criminals, for example.
The prosecutor went after a sentence of four months unconditional imprisonment in the case.
The party leader and his defender were not present in court when the verdict was handed down.
