This is done after another four infected persons have been confirmed at the Vendelbo Center in Sindal. Thus, a total of 17 of the nursing home’s employees are confirmed infected.

No recent cases of infection have been found among the residents of the Vendelbo Center, where 12 have so far been confirmed infected.
In addition, two home care citizens were found infected on Tuesday, as were two employees from one of the municipality’s private providers in home care.
The outbreak of coronavirus in Hjørring Municipality on Monday prompted the health authorities to implement a wide range of measures.
Testing of residents at all municipal care centers starts today, and we expect the first test to be completed tomorrow. They must be tested twice in collaboration with the regions, says Leif Serup.
In addition, we work with the regions to offer tests to all citizens in home care. This is about 2500 people.
