Employers must prove that they have done what they could, otherwise they are liable for abusive behavior from colleagues, managers, customers and clients, demands the Trade Union’s Main Organization, FH. DA rejects the reverse burden of proof.
In future, the employer must hang on to the bill, unless the employer can prove that the company has done what it could to protect employees from abusive behavior from colleagues, bosses, customers, clients and others who come to the workplace.
