On Monday, several Danes photographed shooting suits, and just south of Denmark you also saw a cloud pump.
On Monday, the clouds over South Zealand attempted to form cloud pumps.
And it caused several of TV 2 Weather’s viewers to photograph the fascinating phenomenon.
In the above picture from Karrebæksminde the shooting funnel is long and very clear. A firing funnel is the precursor to a cloud pump. However, it is far from always that the funnel develops right down to the sea or land surface. The swirling wind in the picture cannot be felt at the surface.
