It marks the royal house by lighting candles in the windows at Marselisborg Castle in Aarhus tonight, where Queen Margrethe is. This can be seen on the Royal House’s Instagram profile.
Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen (S) has also marked the 75th anniversary of Bornholm’s liberation today, where she has visited the island and participated in a wreath laying ceremony in memory of the ten Bornholmers who lost their lives during Russian bombing of the island on 7 and 8 May 1945.
