Police Fire Shots During Paludan Demonstration In Aarhus

East Jutland Police have shot a knife-armed man at a Rasmus Paludan demonstration.

A knife-armed man has been shot by police at a Tight Course demonstration in Gellerup.

This is according to East Jutland Police on Twitter.

A video from the scene shows a man in white suit with red shirt and red stockings with drawn knife. In the video, the man is seen surrounded by police firing shots. The video can be seen on bt.dk , among other things .

Earlier today, Rasmus Paludan announced on Stram Kurs’ Facebook page that he intended to burn Koran of in Gellerup.

Rasmus Paludan writes on his Facebook page that “A Muslim man of about 55 years attacked me with a knife at Gellerupparken. No harm to me.”

After the shooting incident, disturbances have occurred in Gellerupparken, where several people have masked themselves and threw stones at the police. This is according to East Jutland Police on Twitter.
