The current corona restrictions will be extended until February 28th.
This is stated by a number of sources to DR , who has just participated in a meeting with Minister of Health Magnus Heunicke and Minister of Justice Nick Hækkerup.
But what does it look like now that the current restrictions look like?
You still have to look far for shopping, new hair and romantic dinner
Only grocery stores and pharmacies are still allowed to stay open until 28 February.
At the same time, the raised area requirement continues, which means that there must be 7.5 square meters per customer in smaller grocery stores .
Also the open liberal professions – as one calls for example hairdressers and masseurs – you have to look far ahead until 28 February.
However, cafes, restaurants and bars may well sell take away, so a romantic dinner in the living room is still an option even if you are not the great chef.
The assembly ban remains at five
We must continue to accept that a maximum of five people are allowed to gather in the public space.
There is no limit in private homes, but the government also encourages compliance with the limit here – if possible.
At the same time, Mette Frederiksen called on 5 January to drop all appointments and stay at home.
Double up on ‘keep distance’
The stricter distance requirement of two meters also continues to apply, and this applies in both grocery stores , public transport and elsewhere in the public space.

Blood red travel restrictions
On January 8, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs tightened its travel guidelines, so that the entire world map turned red.

At the same time, the screw is being tightened sharply at the Danish borders, so that it now requires both a recognizable purpose and a negative corona test from the last 24 hours to enter. As a rule, Danish citizens can always come in. When flying inland, however, a negative corona test is required.
Teaching and day care
Teaching in classrooms, auditoriums or other places in any schools or educations is still not possible. Therefore, it is on distance learning for students in primary school. The same applies to students in high school and higher education.
However, it has opened up an opportunity for the youngest school children from 0th to 4th grade to get to school before 28 February. That is what an expert group must now count on.
Children in day care institutions can still be handed over, even though the decision has faced criticism in the past .
The steak tour and library visit must be dropped
If your consumption of streaming services , board games and podcasts has not already skyrocketed, then it may be happening now.
The extended restrictions mean that theaters, museums, cinemas and libraries must remain closed.
The same applies to gaming halls and club rooms.

All indoor sports must still be closed. This applies to fitness centers, swimming pools , playgrounds and club rooms.
If it is a sport that can be done outdoors, there must be a maximum of five participants at a time.
Elite athletes are welcome to use indoor sports facilities that are otherwise closed.
Cosmetic treatments paused
