Quarantine rules on arrival to the UK
If you arrive in the UK from Sweden after 4am 12 September 2020 you may not need to self-isolate. Read the rules about when you need to self-isolate and for how long.
You will still need to complete the passenger locator form before you enter the UK. Read more here.
If you arrived in the UK from Sweden before 4am 12 September 2020, you will still need to self-isolate for the full 14 days.
You will need to self-isolate if you visited or made a transit stop in a country or territory that is not on the list in the 14 days before you arrive in the UK.

Travel advice from the Swedish and British Governments
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is lifting its advice against non-essential travel to the United Kingdom. The decision enters into force on 14 September.Read more here.
The temporary travel ban to the EU via Sweden has been extended until the 31 October. Swedish and British citizens, travelling to Sweden from the UK, are not affected by the entry ban. Nor does the entry ban prevent travel within the EU (including the UK). Read more.
