144 new coronavirus infections have been registered in Denmark from Wednesday to Thursday. This is stated by the Statens Serum Institut.
On the other hand, the number of inpatients drops by three to 13, which is the lowest number since the start of the outbreak in March.
At the moment, the authorities are mainly focusing on three local outbreaks in Aarhus, Silkeborg and Ringsted.
In the last 24 hours, 39, two and a new case of infection have been registered in the three cities, respectively.
In recent weeks, there has been a tendency for a higher proportion of young people among those infected compared to earlier in the outbreak.
Thus, almost 36 percent of those infected over the past month have been under 30 years of age.
No deaths from coronary heart disease have been reported in the past 24 hours. In total, Denmark has 621 deaths since the beginning of March.
