The Crown Prince has been with his brother at the royal family’s wine castle.
Crown Prince Frederik has just returned from France, where he has been on a sick visit to his brother, Prince Joachim.
This is stated by the Royal House, which has published a picture of the brothers having breakfast together at the royal family’s wine castle in the south of France.
Here Prince Joachim recovers from his blood clot in his brain.
– The Crown Prince returned home from France yesterday, where he has in recent days visited his brother, HRH Prince Joachim, HRH Princess Marie and the couple’s two children at Château de Cayx, the Royal House writes on Instagram .
– Prince Joachim is still in good recovery, but still needs peace around him, the Royal House further writes.
Gets no injuries
The court has previously stated that the prince will not get any injuries after his blood clot, which happened in the middle of the prince’s holiday at the wine castle on 24 July.
The prince underwent surgery at the University Hospital of Toulouse and was admitted to the intensive care unit before being discharged on August 3 and returning to the Château de Cayx to recuperate.
According to the plan, Prince Joachim was to take up a position as Denmark’s defense attaché in Paris on 1 September.
The Royal Family has not yet announced whether the illness will affect employment.
