SAS Drops Heavily: 4,000 Danish Employees Are Sent Home

Like the rest of the aviation industry, SAS is hard pressed by the coronavirus.

The Scandinavian carrier SAS now sees itself forced to severely degrade its activities due to the corona crisis.

SAS in Denmark has 4200 employees. We want to send 4000 of them home, says Simon Pauch Hansen.

So far, the Danish director cannot answer whether the employees are sent home without pay.
