Funen Police have arrested a younger man who has been charged with one assault on a 12-year-old girl on Friday last week.
This is what the duty officer at Funen Police, Sten Nyland, says.
Police last week called witnesses to the episode. The girl was on her way home when she was attacked from behind and dragged into a bush in Fraugde near Odense and subjected to sexual intercourse other than intercourse.
The investigation has now led to the indictment of the young man, who is under 18 years old.
He has been released pending a judicial review.
