Britain and a number of other countries are now switching from red to orange. Thus, the red color is completely removed from the world map.
This is stated in the new travel guidelines from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This means that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs now advises against all unnecessary travel to these countries. In the past, ALL travel to these countries has been discouraged.
In addition to the United Kingdom, this also applies to:
Argentina, Botswana, Colombia, Cuba, Costa Rica, Eswatini, Fiji, Iraq, Iran, Malaysia, Mozambique, Lesotho, Libya, Zambia, Malawi, South Africa, Tunisia, Zimbabwe, Russia, Panama, Namibia.
All countries have special restrictions on entry for Danish travelers.
The travel guides will take effect from Saturday, August 14 at 4 p.m.
