There are currently no formal certificates of vaccination against covid-19 that apply internationally, says Lena Hallengren.
Three authorities are commissioned to set up a digital infrastructure for vaccination certificates and verification.
- It should be easy for the person who is to issue the certificate, for the person who is to use it, and for the person who is to check it, Anders Ygeman is sure. Sweden wants to be an active party in designing an international standard that will make it possible to travel between countries. The goal is for it to be ready by the summer.
