Artur Kazaritski from Estonia, who works daily in the kitchen at Hotel Skodsborg, has today won the cooking competition Sol over Gudhjem on Bornholm, which is Denmark’s largest of its kind.

In the competition, four selected chefs competed to make the best starters and main courses.
They have had to use some special ingredients, which according to Ritzau include ham, coffee and kefir cream.
The judging panel consisted of chefs from several Danish Michelin restaurants.
