Between 4 a.m. and 8:20 a.m. this morning, naval vessels from the international coalition in the Red Sea shot down a total of 28 drones launched by the Houthi movement. This is what the American Central Command, Centcom, writes on the social media X.
Among the attacked ships was the Danish frigate Iver Huitfeldt, which shot down four drones .
Centcom writes that there are no reports of damage to naval vessels or civilian ships.
In the autumn, the Houthi movement in Yemen began to attack ships in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. The movement is allied with Hamas and supported by Iran.
