A representative from the WHO’s corona effort praises Asia and reaches out to Europe, which he believes takes the corona virus too lightly.
Denmark and the rest of Europe are currently suffering from another wave of coronavirus.
Even before it is over, the WHO’s special envoy against coronavirus, David Nabarro, warns that a third wave of coronavirus may be on its way and hit Europe in the spring of 2021.
It writes the news agency Reuters .
At the same time, David Nabarro criticizes European countries for not doing enough in the fight against the corona pandemic.
They (European countries, ed.) Failed to build the necessary infrastructure in the summer months after the first wave came under control, says David Nabarro, who elaborates:
– Now we are in the second wave. If they do not build the necessary infrastructure, we will have a third wave early next year, it reads.
A quarter of a million are newly infected in Italy in one week
The number of infections fell widely across Europe over the summer, but has increased in the second wave in the autumn.
On European soil, Italy has seen the largest increase in the number of newborns in the past week with 242,127, while France is in an annoying second place with 186,603 newborns in one week.
However, it is a third country that Nabarro longs for in its critique of European handling.
